I have been coming for many years. This practice is by far the best that I have used. Dr.Norfolk is first rate, and for the few times I had to see an associate doctor, it was also a great experience. The hygienists and office staff are also amazing, they are so friendly and professional. They treat you like family. I have since moved far away from this area, but I like this practice so much, I can not get myself to go anywhere else, and I continue to travel here.

The staff and Dr. Norfolk are always professional, courteous and caring. I have been a patient for many years and have had extensive work, including crowns & implants and the workmanship is top notch. As a dental phobic, it should be noted that part of treatment has always been to reassure and alleviate any fears before, during and after treatment. I recommend this practice without reservation.

I have been going to Dr. Norfolk since he opened the practice. He is so personable and caring. Most people dread going to the dentist, but since I have been going to Dr. Norfolk, I look forward to it. He is a funny, caring doctor who is very thorough, but gentle. He always explains what he is doing and always gives you the best options. He has a great, friendly staff that always smiles.

I worked at this office as a temp years ago- I was so impressed by how this office is run. It has the perfect balance of fun and professionalism. Everyone always spoke so highly of Dr. Norfolk which is evident by how long he keeps his staff. I now go back as a patient and am still so thankful that it is consistently run - the staff is just wonderful! Dr. Norfolk is a credit to the dental profession; he has integrity and character.

Do not hesitate to use Dr. Norfolk and his staff as they are very good at what they do and friendly too! Take it from a baby-boomer who was terrified of dentist that these people are gentle and understand your fears. I give em' 5 stars!

We would recommend Dr. Norfolk to anyone looking for a dentist!! We have been patients of Dr Norfolk since he started in Milford many years ago. We are comfortable knowing that he is only a phone call away if we have any dental issues. He is fair and consistent with his recommendations of any issues that may be brewing. We don't feel pressured to spend lots of money to have work done that may not be immediately necessary. The office staff always works with us to fit us in around our schedules. We are thankful to have a dentist we can trust so close to our home.

Just like everyone who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist, but the Doc and his entire staff make it a very pleasant visit. I've had a lot of dental work done and it's been a good experience from cleaning to dental work. They make waiting comfortable with their comfy chairs and a mini fridge!!! I am in no way a friend or relative, but I strongly urge you to pay him a visit. After all, your smile is worth it!!

Dr. Norfolk has been my dentist my entire life. Dr. Norfolk's friendly team has always put me and my brothers first every time we visit. Whether I was in high school with a busy schedule or planning to come home around the holidays from college, the team would always find time for me. These are the 'go to people' when you need dental expertise. Take it from a world class marathon runner, without good, healthy teeth, you won't get very far. Good teeth means a good heart.
